

Elizabeth Riccillo: Born April 9, 1918 to Vincenzu and Josephine Maurello Bellitti. After more than 97 blessed years our beloved Elizabeth peacefully entered the light of God’s eternal kingdom February 1, 2016. The last of her generation, matriarch of a prolific, fond extended family, she rejoined husband, Pascal, immediate family and friends for which she’d long prayed every night. Proceeded in death by nephews, Louis (“Cookie“) Riccillo and James Ray Panariso.
She is survived by daughter, Josephine K. (Dee Riccillo) Martin; sons, Charles, Richard (Maria Mondragon) Riccillo, Deacon Edward (Glenna) Riccillo plus numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews with surnames: Bellitti, Maurello; Massaro, Palmeri, Panariso, Pantleo, Strain. We express loving gratitude to Dr. Michael Rendler, and Sangre de Cristo Hospice. Viewing, 4-7 pm, Thursday, February 4, 2016 at George McCarthy Funeral Home, 401 Broadway. Mass of Christian Burial, 10 am, Friday, February 5, 2016 at St. Leander Church, celebrated by Revs. Charles Sena, Ben Bacino and Deacon Ed Riccillo.
