Florrine “Sammie” Holderman, 83, went to be with the Lord April 30, 2011. She was born April 7, 1928, to Frank and Mary Smith in Rocky Ford, CO. Sammie is survived by her sons, Frank (Judy) Holderman, Gale (Wendy) Holderman; daughters, Sally Sparks, Gaylene Holderman; sister, Mary Jane Coatney; grandchildren, Tracey (Derek) Sample, Dean Sparks, April (Jon) Shields, Janet Sparks, Nick (Chelsea Smith) Holderman, Adam Holderman; and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard M. Holderman; twin sister, Corrine “Billie” Edwards; brother, Jerry Smith; and great-granddaughter, Delaney Micklich.
