Gilbert Feleciano Lucero

Born and raised in Pueblo, CO to parents Carlos and Maria Lucero, Gilbert went on to work at LaFarge as a laborer and machine operator for 34 years of dedicated service. He was a member of St. Joseph Church and spend his time restoring old cars. He will be remembered for his kindness, helping spirit and his amazing heart of gold. He was always willing to lend a hand to his family and friends and everyone loved him dearly. 

Gilbert is preceded in death by, his parents; Carlos and Maria Lucero, sister; Alice Baca and brothers Feliciano Lucero and Fabian Lucero, grandsons; Gilbert Roy Vialpando and David Vialpando.

Survived by; loving wife; Rosemary Lucero, children; Dianna (Amadeo) Archuleta and Lucy (Levi) Ortega, Grandchildren; Isaiah Vialpando, Great-Grandchildren; Izreal Vialpando, Falicia Vialpando, Gilbert Diego Vialpando, Naraya Vialpando, Mariah Morales and Nathan Morales, sisters; Josephine Sandoval, Rachel (Tom) Newbury and Annastacia (Arthur) Martinez, Brother; Eugene (Erma) Lucero.

A visitation for Gilbert will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 9:00 AM A rosary at 9:30 AM, with a funeral service at 10:00 AM, at Imperial Funeral Home 5450 Highway 78 West, Pueblo, Colorado 81005. A burial to follow service.
