Surrounded by love, Grace went home to be with the Lord on February 9th, 2026. She was the heart of our family—fierce in her love, generous in her spirit, and unforgettable to all who knew her. Her presence will never fade from our lives.
She was bold, strong, and full of life. Her personality lit up every room, and life with her was never dull. She had a way of loving deeply and unapologetically, always showing up for the people who mattered most.
Above all else, she was an incredible mother and an exceptional grandma. She loved all of her grandchildren fiercely, and being their grandma was one of her greatest joys. Time spent with them meant everything to her, and her love will live on through each of them—every one of them held a very special place in her heart.
She loved having her family together—hosting BBQs, Sunday dinners, and casual get-togethers filled with laughter, food, and love. Her home was always a place of warmth and togetherness. She had a true gift for decorating and took pride in creating a beautiful, welcoming space for her family.
She also loved cooking—especially making her famous tamales—and enjoyed shopping, finding joy in the little things and sharing those moments with those she loved.
She is survived by her loving husband, Edward; her children, Charissa Wormington (Chris Wormington), Danielle Segovia (Jose Segovia) and Amber Sena (Orlando Sena). And her fur baby Quinn Quinn.
Her grandchildren; Andrew and Evan Wormington, Nova and Nico Segovia, Oliver and Addison Sena. And many extended family members and friends who will forever carry her memory and spirit in their hearts.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace. Her love, strength, traditions, and vibrant spirit will live on through her family and the countless memories she created.
