Joe V. Casarez was born on December 11, 1932 in Creedmoor, Texas to Manuel and Manuela Casarez. He passed away on his 88th birthday on December 11, 2020. Predeceased by his loving wife, Vera; as well as siblings, Esther, Sam, and Ruben. He is survived by his children, Joe (Paula), Connie, and Vince (Melissa); 6 grandchildren, Joie (Charlie), Michael (Angela), Matthew (Lindsay), Marcus (Holly), Katrina, and Stephen; 5 great grandchildren, Aden, Kaiden, Zarin, Genevieve, and Maria. He is also survived by his brothers, Mauricio and Junior; many nieces and nephews, and a host of relatives.
