Johnny was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille E. (Weiler) Hawkins; his father, William H. Hawkins; and his brother, Robert Hawkins. He is survived by his sister, Ruth M. Bonfadini (Charles); two nephews, Joseph C. Bonfadini (Danika and their children: Vincent, Mikel and Bella), David M. Bonfadini (Lorissa); his sister-in-law, Val Hawkins; and caregiver, Leslie Riggins. Johnny lived to be the second oldest Downs Syndrome in the world. He touched all of our lives in a special and loving way. A special thanks goes out to Maxim Healthcare Services, Jordan Residential Service, Colorado Bluesky Enterprise and Frontier Hospice for their loving care and compassion.
