Linda Mary (Valdez) Boone, Born Josephine Urlinda Valdez; (also known as; Mom, Nana, Grandma, Sis, Auntie, Friend, & Lin) was born in Antonito, Colorado, on February 18th, 1940. She passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 85.
Linda was a gentle & feisty soul who loved life and was devoted to her family. She touched countless lives with her generous spirit, warmth, and compassion.
Linda has been preceded in death by her mother: Irene Lujan, Spouse: Wayne G. Boone, Sibling: Lita Flores, and Sons-in-law: Marc Boone & Scott Gorman, Stepson: Dan Helman. She is survived by Siblings: Theresa Raigoza, Children: GeorgiaAnn (Morrone) Anderson (Dave), George Morrone (Debbie), Nichol Gorman. Grandchildren: George Marc Boone, Jeffrey Gorman, Kayla Arguedas-Morrone (Robin), Madison Morrone (Mason Algermissen), Breanna Gorman, Great Grandchildren: Blake, Keenan, Dillon Boone & many special friends and family.

The Rosary will take place at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, 414 W 11th St, Pueblo, CO 81003, on August 27, 2025, from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
Following the Rosary, a Funeral Mass will be held at the same location on August 27, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
A committal service will follow at Imperial Memorial Gardens Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery, 5450 CO-78, Pueblo, CO 81005, on August 27, 2025, from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
