Lucille Bernal, age 92, Born in Ocate, New Mexico on August 24, 1930, passed away in Pueblo, Colorado on May 30, 2023. Preceded in death by her husband, Cipriano; parents, Altagracia and Juan Lucero; daughter LuAnn Skubal; sisters Adelina Lucero, Georgia Montoya, and Tomacita Vigil; brothers Willie (Stella), Abe, Gilbert (Rosie), Dan and Tino Lucero; sisters-in-law Aurora and Carol Bernal and Bea Lucero; brothers-in-law Joe and Louis Bernal, Ernie Lucero and Lloyd Montoya. Survived by her son Dale (Teresa) Bernal; grandchildren Nick (Jessica) Davis, Matt (Francesca) Bernal, Sarah (Sam) Bernal and David Bernal, Andrea and Sandi Skubal (Ian Lutz); great-grandchildren Kaleigh, Paisley, Benjamin and Yaretzi; sister-in-law Katie Lucero; and several nieces and nephews. Lucille lived in Pueblo since 1949 and attended Midwest College and Pueblo Community College and was employed at numerous jobs: Pueblo Army Depot, National Farmers Union Insurance and retired from Bankers Life Insurance and CF & I Steel Corporation. Member of Holy Family Parish,Steelworkers Society, Bessemer Historical Society, Knights of Columbus Auxiliary, and Eagles #145 Auxiliary. Memorial Mass at Holy Family Parish, Friday, July 7 at 10am.
