Maria Luisita Trujillo

Maria Luisita Trujillo, 94, born in Canon de Manuelitos, New Mexico, resided in Pueblo,CO, went to be with the Lord on October 27, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents; Jose and Margarita Salazar, husband; Lorenzo Trujillo, sons; Raymond Trujillo, Ernie Trujillo and Robert Trujillo, daughter-in-law; Peggy Trujillo, grandsons; little Jerry, Adam and Anthony, great- granddaughter; Amanda Trujillo-Quintana.

She survived by daughters; Joann Trujillo, Bernice Gonzales Trujillo, namesake granddaughter; Maria Gonzales, sons; Lorenzo (Helen) Trujillo, Edward (Jean) Trujillo, Arturo (Lorie) Trujillo, Jerry (Carmen) Trujillo, Anthony (Rebecca) Trujillo and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Maria was a loving mother and grandmother. She poured her heart into everything she did. She found happiness in her family, her home and the quiet moments that made her life special; sewing, gardening, cooking puzzles to playing games, like Jenga with her great grandchildren Gabriella and Giovanni. She cherished her sons, daughters, daughter-in-laws and grandchildren, deeply, finding joy and pride in the family she built and nurtured.

Her greatest joy was her family and her spirit of love and kindness will continue to guide and comfort them always.

May she rest in the eternal peace of Gods loving embrace, reunited with those who have gone before her.
