Marie Novak, 98, born on Oct. 24, 1919, peacefully passed into eternal life on Oct. 27, 2017. Proverbs 31:31 “Give her a reward of her labors, and let her works praise her at the city gates.” Preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Joseph; parents Remo and Anna Caponera; her siblings; and son-in-law Roger Allen. Marie is survived by children Sandra Myers, Joyce Allen, Barbara (Jim) Duff, Dennis J. Novak, and Joey Novak; grandchildren Scott Myers, Danny (Tara) Myers, Aaron (Jessica) Duff and Chris (Felicia) Duff; and great grandchildren Venice and Milani Myers. A Mass of Christian Burial will celebrate Marie’s life on Friday, Nov. 3 at 2 pm at St. Mary’s Church, 217 E Mesa. The family is very grateful to Frontier Hospice & Home health LLC for their service and attention to our mother.
