Mark was raised in Pueblo, Colorado where he graduated from Pueblo County High School in 1993, home of the Pueblo county corn nuts as Mark used to say.
Mark was a daredevil and enjoyed anything that would give him an adrenaline rush. Mark loved camping, fishing, riding dirt bikes, and skydiving. Mark wanted to be a skydiving instructor and was working towards his certification.
Mark is preceded in death by Grandma and Grandpa Perkins, Grandma and Grandpa Winters, father Leonard Perkins, Aunt Linda McDowell, Aunt Cheryl Perkins, mother Lisa Hampton, and daughter Hailey Perkins.
Mark is survived by sister Ashley Nowak, sons Brayden and Holden Perkins, nieces Caragynn and Felicity Nowak, several aunts and uncles, cousins, and many friends including a honorary sister Tara Budz-Hunt.
Mark passed away on October 10, 2022 at St Luke's Presbyterian hospital in Denver, Colorado. A Celebration-of-Life service will be held on November 12, 2022 at TG McCarthy 329 Goodnight Ave., Pueblo, Colorado 81004 from 11am-3pm.
