Mary Jo DeLuca

Mary Jo DeLuca 90, passed away August 31, 2012. She is preceded in death by her parents Anthony and Alisia Todero; husband, Fred DeLuca, sisters, Lucy Costa, and Connie Genova, and brother, Dominick Todero. She is survived by her daughters, Anna Maria DeLuca Scully and Pat Sue DeLuca Gentry; grandchildren, Alexis Gentry, Anthony Scully and Maria Scully, and her brother Anthony “Red” Todero and sister Pat Cline; nieces and nephews and other relatives.

Mary Jo retired from the Internal Revenue Service in Pueblo and moved to Boulder where she retired from the Boulder Justice Center. Mary Jo volunteered for over 20 years at many places in the Boulder area, including Avista Hospital, Boulder Public Library, and Lafayette Public Library. Mary Jo later moved to Denver to be closer to family. She loved a good book, good food, good coffee, and a good Pinot Grigio. She loved to travel, but her greatest love of all was spending time with her family. Viewing, 4 – 7pm, Friday, September 7, 2012 at the funeral home. Graveside service, 10 am Saturday, September 8, 2012 at Roselawn Cemetery.
