Paula Jean Murphy

A proud graduate of East High School, Class of 1974, Paula dedicated much of her professional life to the pharmaceutical industry, where she made lasting contributions and friendships.

On November 7, 1981, Paula married the love of her life, Robert Murphy. Together, they shared a deep love for the outdoors, spending countless days hunting, fishing, camping, and exploring the Rocky Mountains. Their bond was filled with laughter, adventure, and unwavering companionship.

Paula was known for her quick wit, generous spirit, and the deep friendships she cultivated—many of which became as strong as family ties. She leaves behind a close circle of friends who cherished her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Murphy; her parents, Mina and Paul Hyde; and her brother, John Hyde.

In accordance with Paula’s wishes, no formal services will be held. Her ashes will be scattered in the mountains she loved so deeply, following cremation.

Her memory, laughter, and the love she gave so freely will live on in all who knew her.
