Robert Harold Bridges, 87, of Pueblo, Co. passed away on Sunday, Jan. 13, 2019. Robert was born April 7, 1931. Bob was born in Walters, OK, one of 8 children born to Willie and Edna Bridges. He and the love of his life, LaDean met at the airport and shared this interest together. They soon married and had 3 sons, Philip, Greg & Gary. Bob served his country in the Korean Conflict and was honorably discharged in 1959. He loved his family and spent 30 years employed by the Denver Post. Bob was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife LaDean, and is survived by his sons, grandsons Philip and Dillon, 2 sisters and 1 brother, and numerous nieces, nephews and close friends. Bob was a faithful member of Park Hill Christian Church, and the family requests memorial gifts be directed to the church. We will celebrate the life of our dad on Friday, January 18, 2019 at 11:00am with a reception to follow at Park Hill Christian Church, 1401 East 7th Street.
