

Robert Anthony Casaus (Dawg) was Born March 22, 1965 and left this world February 24, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents Pat E. and Felipa Casaus, Brothers George Casaus, Steven Casaus, sister in-law Rachel Casaus, Grandparents Garaldo and Pola Saiz, Patricio and Lela Casaus and Godfather Domingo Sanchez II
Robert graduated from Pueblo Central high school in 1983 and attended school at Aims community college for graphic design. Robert was an incredibly talented and creative person with a vision all his own. Robert made a living working various jobs throughout his life mostly in construction. He was carpenter by trade but was never afraid to learn new things. Robert loved cars he ran a junkyard for many years. Robert showed love for his family in many ways and was always helping in any way he could. Babysitting, yardwork, fixing cars, odd jobs around the house, if he could help he did. At age 19 Robert stepped in to help his sister raise her daughter's and was there for them throughout his life. Robert loved to be outdoors working on the yard, bike riding or just sitting outside enjoying nature. He always wanted to be doing something. Robert spent the past summer fixing bikes for his great niece and great nephew and teaching them how to ride. He took a ride to the Pueblo reservoir almost everyday.
Robert is survived by his brothers Gerald Casaus, James (Amber) Casaus, Edwen Casaus, sisters Alice Moore, Anita (Alvin) Walters, Nancy (Jess) Garcia, nieces Janice Lening, Jamie Moore, Shonie Gonzalez, Sherri Dawson, and Alexandria Moore for whom he filled the role of dad. Godmother Socorro Sanchez as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
