Robert E. Shifflet 89 Died December 31st, 2016 at his home in Pueblo, Colorado. Born March 25th 1927 in Wamego Kansas, he was a cherished son of Robert Coleman Shifflet and Mary Viola Ault. Robert served valiantly in the Navy during the Second World War and spent substantial time in the Pacific Theater. He was the owner and manager of Shifflet Stucco in Pueblo for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and served in many capacities in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was a man of faith and enjoyed the blessings of serving and blessing the lives of many who knew him throughout his life. He is preceded in death by his children Karen Shifflet, and Kent Shifflet (Delaine Shifflet). He is survived by his wife of 70 years Norma Darlene Shifflet, children; Debbie Mead (Bill Mead) and Luanne Hepworth (Aaron Hepworth), siblings; Lowell Shifflet, Betty Hansen, Donna Buys, and Janice Spinuzzi, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, family and friends. In honor of Robert services will be held Friday January 6th 2017 at 11 AM with a viewing from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 4720 Surfwood Ln. Pueblo, CO. 81008.
