

Corry got her beauty license in Juarez Mexico when she was 17 and went on to dedicate 30 years to her work as a talented cosmetologist. Over the course of her career, she won several cosmetology contests, a reflection of both her skill and the care she brought to helping others feel confident and beautiful. Corry met the love of her life, Alfred and married in 1955 and later naturalized her citizenship.
Corry was a strong and wise woman who took great pride in the home she built with her husband and children, and in the life she lived with steady devotion to family, faith, and service to others.
A faithful presence in the lives of those who knew her, Corry cherished her family, friends, and church community. She also gave generously of her time, volunteering for numerous homeless shelters. Corry and her beloved husband, Alfred Sandoval, owned and maintained several rental properties in Pueblo.
Corry was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alfred Sandoval; her granddaughter, Gwenith Hudson; her parents, Melquiades and Antonia Torres; her brothers, Mario, Sergio, and Jesus; and her sisters, Lencha, Lorenza, and Esperanza.
She is survived by Ramon (Betty) Sandoval, Edward Sandoval, Sandra Aga, Alma (John) Faltynski, Edythe (Daniel) Montoya, and Thomas (Deborah) Sandoval; as well as 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on 3/27/26 at Imperial Funeral Home. Viewing will be from 2:00 – 3:00, with graveside services and interment immediately following. Services will conclude after the graveside.
