He moved to Pueblo after his time in the service. He was known to work several jobs at one time, including working as a milkman. He always wanted to make sure his wife, kids and grandchildren were provided for. He eventually retired from the DANA corporation in 1992. After he retired, he looked after his great grandchildren, they always made him smile. Tom loved to go for walks looking for pennies and took immense pride in his grass and yard. Tom led his life with strong morals and ethics. He believed in working hard to achieve success in life. This “Gilmore” legacy he passed on to his family and for this, we will forever be grateful for.
