Tracy Paul Hines was born in Syracuse, Kansas on May 24, 1966 to Wilma and Veral Hines of Holly Colorado. He attended elementary school and Holly Baptist Church until the family moved to the Pueblo area in 1971. He attended Vineland Elementary and County High School until graduating in 1984.
Tracy served in the US Navy as a Boiler Tech for 4 years, based out of San Diego, California. He lived and worked in the Pueblo area until his passing on February 21, 2026.
Tracy loved camping and boating, going out to eat and shopping with his mom, holidays, and his dog, Marvel, who he trained to do many tricks.
He is survived by his mother, Wilma Meddings, sister Dianne (Greg) Liptak, and niece Charissa Hines.
