Virginia Elaine Russ, 86, went to be with the Lord April 23, 2011. She was born on February 22, 1925 in Pueblo, CO. Virginia was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Frank and beloved daughter Norma Jean Gregory. She is survived by her daughter Patty (Fred) Coplen, son Richard Russ; granddaughter Jami (David) Bond; grandsons Ian and Kyle Russ; great- grandson Alec Bond; sister Josephine (Joe) Dionese and numerous nieces and nephews. Virginia retired from Mountain Bell after 37 years of service. After her retirement, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of food and flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. At Virginia’s request there will be no public viewing or public service. A service for immediate family only will be held with interment at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
