She was preceded in death by her mother, Jean Crumpton. Addie is survived by her husband, Roger Bledsoe and her daughter, Stacey Bledsoe, both of Pulaski, her brother, Wayne Crumpton and wife Carol of Charlestown, Indiana, and her sister-in-law, Gina Collins and husband Don of Pulaski.
Visitation with the family will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, where Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2019. Burial to follow at Giles Memory Gardens.
