He was born October 9, 1947 to the late Archie Henry and Annie Bell Neely Salters, he was also preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Ruby Mae Phillips Salters, and by 6 of his brothers and sisters, Bill, Jim, Opal, Doris, Carlene, and Lily.
Survivors include his 2 sons, Keith Salters and wife Brenda of Pulaski and Archie Salters of Pulaski, daughter, Stephanie Salters, Pulaski, 3 brothers, Randall Salters of Diana, Thomas Salters of Columbia, and Grover Salters of Hazel Green, his 5 grandchildren, Cameron Salters, Darrian Salters, Eli Salters, Kennedy Salters, and Cierra Edwards, and his 2 great grandchildren, Millie and Levi Young.
Visitation with the family will be held Friday, October 6, 2023 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home from 4 PM until 8 PM, where Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 7, 2023. Burial to follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
