He was born in Columbia, TN on May 26, 1974, worked at Appertain Corp, preceded in death by grandparents, Raymond and Ruby Erwin, Ursula Marie Sands and James Ed Sands, and his uncle James Allen Erwin.
Visitation will be on Sunday, August 7, 2016, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 8, 2016 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Giles Memory Gardens.
Survivors are: Father, Larry Erwin and Judy of Pulaski, TN, mother, Sue Walker and Steve of Prospect, TN, children, Ethan and Erin Erwin and their mother Angie Erwin of Collinwood, TN, uncles and aunts, Carolyn Hughey and Doug, Joann Garner, Debbie and Jimmy Gibson, Ralph and Sandra Sands, a host of cousins.
