He was born in Dyersburg, TN on 11-14-1932, his parents were the late Braian and Lema Morris Carper, retired from Ford Motor Company.
Visitation will be on Saturday 1-5-2013, from 4PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, 1-6-2013, at 2PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial in Giles Memory Garden.
Survivors are: wife, Vastelle Carper of Minor Hill, TN, son, William (Bill) Carper of Louisville, KY, step sons, Randall Pierce and Kim, Gary Pierce and Linda all of Minor Hill, TN, sister, Dolly Burck of Ohio, 2 step grandchildren Magan Pierce and Michelle Ridgeway, 2 step great grandchildren, Micah Ridgeway and Landon Stockwell.
