Christine Hooie

On May 22, 2017, Mrs. Christine Hooie, surrounded by family and friends, was called home to be with her beloved husband Billy G. Hooie and her parents Charles Fillmore Shelton and Nina Mildred Townsend Shelton. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Lucille Shelton, Leona Rutherford, Odell Glover, and Maebell Pickett.

She is survived by her son Randy (Brenda) Hooie of Pulaski, TN, her daughter Pam Wheeler (Ron) Johnson of Pulaski, TN, her sister Marie Garner of Pulaski, TN, her 5 grandchildren Nathan Wheeler, Logan Wheeler, Jordan Wheeler, Chad Ingram, and Bo Ingram, and 6 great grandchildren.

Visitation for Christine Hooie will be on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with Burial to follow at Maplewood Cemetery in Pulaski, Tennessee.

Memorial Contributions may be directed to First Baptist Church to Cee Bee Building Fund at 408 South First St. Pulaski, TN 38478.
