Visitation will be Friday September 12, 2014 from 4-8 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday September 13, 2014 at Carr & Erwin funeral home, with burial in Giles Memory Gardens.
He is survived by his parents, Daryl and Victoria Slaton of Pulaski; one son, Levi of Pulaski; girlfriend Courtney Danielle Johnson of Alabama; three sisters: Allena Slaton, Tiffany Slaton, and Elizabeth Slaton, all of Pulaski; grandparents: Ken & Barbara Hottenstein of Pulaski and John and Vi Price of Texas; great grandparents J. B. and Linda Price of Texas, uncle Jesse B. Price and wife of Texas, and several nieces and nephews.
