Mrs. Rowe was born April 8, 1918 in Rose Hill, TN to Walter and Inez Palmer Shelton. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Marvin Brown Rowe, one daughter and four sons.
Visitation will be Saturday July 27, 2013 from 4 until 9 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday July 28, 2013 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons Wendell Rowe of Pulaski, Paul Rowe of Mooresville, eight daughters Nadine Ragsdale, Mary Jo Dunnavant, Martha Ann Thomason, Linda Dalton, Brenda Collins, Jean Jett all of Lewisburg, Marie Carter of Fayetteville, and Carolyn Cooley of Dresden, sister Ruby Chapman of Nashville, thirty nine grandchildren, sixty-three great grandchildren, sixteen great great grandchildren, friends Jimmy Brooks, Ernie and Jan Farmer all of Lewisburg.
