Dora Mae Haislip

Dora Mae Haislip, age 98, passed away May 6, 2014. She was born November 17, 1915 to the late Samuel Sunset and Ella May Hardison Cox. Her husband was the late William Lloyd Haislip. She is also preceded in death by her brother Charles Cox. Survivors include her sons Lamont and wife Kay Haislip of White House and Jack and wife Mary Haislip of Richton, MS, daughter Grace and husband Luther Wicks of Pulaski, sister Hazel and husband Howard Paul of Smyrna, granddaughters Rebecca and husband Ricky Russell, Maria Tate, and Lisa and husband John Keathley, grandson Roger Wicks, 6 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Friday May 9, 2014 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Lone Oak Cemetery. Luther Wicks, Roger Wicks, John Paul, John Keathley, Ricky Russell, Chase Edwards, Kyle and Nolan Keathley, and Carter and Ty Edwards will serve as Pallbearers. The nurses and staff of White House Healthcare and Rehabilitation will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
