Dorothy Jane Nunley

She is preceded in death with her mother, Geneva Clinard (Ninny) and son, Michael Dale Nunley. On August 15,1952 , she married Vernon “PI” Nunley. She was a homemaker and devoted mother and grandmother.

Surviving are their five children, Andy Nunley (wife Carrie), Sandy McCurry, Donna Ray (husband Randy), Nathan Nunley (wife Michelle) and Richard Nunley (wife Glenda). Also surviving are 15 grandkids. Phillip McCurry (wife Toni), Chad Nunley (wife Jen), Chris Nunley (wife Dana), Robert McCurry, Stephanie Ray, Tana Simpson (husband Ricky), Heath Nunley (wife Angela), Corey Nunley (wife Angie), Heather Nunley, Lindsey Cox (husband Jeremy), Trey Nunley, Lucas Nunley, Ricky Nunley, Logan Nunley and Trenton Nunley. She also had 24 great grandkids and 2 great great grandkids.

Dot was a member of Bonnertown Missionary Baptist Church.

Funeral Arrangements for Dot Nunley will be held on Friday, at Bonnertown Missionary Baptist Church with burial to following at Mitchell Cemetery.
