She was born in Legg Town, AL on 12-12-1950, her parents were the late James Thomas and Cathelene Pitts Turner.
Visitation will be begin on Friday, 6-3-2011, at 6PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with a memorial service at 7PM on Friday.
Survivors are: husband, Wendell W. Griffin of Bethel, TN, brothers, Bobby and Ernie Turner of Athens, AL, 3 sisters, Peggy Whitworth, Dot Davis and Betty Adams all of Athens, AL, several nieces and nephews.
