She was born October 18, 1941 to the late Edward and Lela Hicks Palmer and was married to the late Theodore "Ted" Hill. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry, George, and Bud Palmer, and Jimmy Hicks, and her sisters, Sue Conley, Ruth Hicks, Linda Henley, and Caroline Palmer.
Survivors include her son, Teddy Hill and Sheila of Pulaski, her daughters, Leslie Appleton and Ronald of Pulaski, Cheryl Cardin and Guy of Fayetteville, and Kim Shrader and Lon of Pulaski, her grandchildren, Dee and Joey Appleton, Perry and Phillip Kelley, Eric Cardin, and Misty Moore, her great grandchildren, Bailey, Hayley, Ryan, and Allie Mae Appleton, Emma Kelley, Colton Pigg, Jameson Kelley, and Madlyn Adams.
Graveside Services will be held at 2 pm Thursday February 15, 2024 at Maplewood Cemetery.
