Joel Wayne Kyle

Joel was born in Athens, AL on January 7, 1960 to Arthur and Pauline Davis Kyle. He worked in construction for Kyle’s Carpentry and Concrete. Joel had a zest for life which showed through his strong sense of humor, loving to laugh and cut up with everyone, going golfing, fishing, horseback riding, watching UT football, and collecting coins. He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Pauline; son DeWayne Kyle; sister Diane Norwood; brother Scotty Kyle; granddaughter Lillie Anna Beddingfield.

Visitation will be held 12-3pm on Tuesday June 3, 2025 at Carr and Erwin Funeral Home with a 3pm Funeral Service following. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Joel is survived by his son David Thorne of California; daughters Pamela Haygood (Shanon), Heather Kyle, Cassie McCluskey all of Pulaski; brother Bill Crabb of Minor Hill; nephew Curt Crabb of Lawrenceburg; sister Donna Barnett of Anderson, AL; grandchildren Johnathan, Kyra, JoElla, Dezzie, Landyn, Hayden, Sereniti, MacKenzie, Elijah, Riley, Briella, Cassiana; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
