Mrs. Pollard was born July 18, 1944 in Waynesboro, Tennessee to Hughey W. and Birdie Lee Dunnivant Hobbs. She was a teacher’s aide at Pulaski Elementary School and preceded in death by her father Hughey W. Hobbs and daughter Kristin Leigh Pollard.
Visitation will be Sunday October 18, 2015 from 5 until 8 pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 3 pm Monday October 19, 2015 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Maplewood Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Pulaski Elementary School Technology Fund in her memory or the American Cancer Society.
Survivors include her mother Birdie Lee Hobbs of Pulaski, husband William C. Pollard of Pulaski, daughter Sherri Pollard James and husband Jeremy of Eads, TN, sister Mildred Rains of Dallas, TX, grandchildren William Eli James and Jesse Neil James.
