She was born in Bryson, TN on March 17, 1921, her parents were the late James Rufus and Bessie Lou Williams Stevenson. Preceded in death by brothers, Bud, Jerry and Tom Stevenson, sister, Catherine McCowan.

Visitation will begin at 12 noon on Sunday with the funeral service to follow at 1PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial in Riverview Cemetery in Fayetteville, TN.
Survivors are: daughter, Mary Jane Hogg and husband Larry of Lawrenceburg, TN, sister, Janie Lou Newman of Pulaski, TN, 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
