He was born in Whiteville, South Carolina on December 3, 1938, served in the United States Air Force, and a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Daniel and Maude Cox Williamson, his sister Doris Assey, and his brother Jack Williamson.
Funeral Rites will begin on Saturday July 30, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at Carr& Erwin Funeral Home.
Entombment will be on Monday, August 1, 2016, at Valhalla Cemetery in Huntsville, AL, at 1PM.
Survivors are: wife, Helen Miller Williamson of Pulaski, TN, son, Norman Daniel Williamson, Jr. of Ohio, daughters, Dori Melnick and Latisia Williamson of Rome, NY, brothers, Odis Williamson of Florence, SC, Lucky Williamson of Georgetown, SC, 6 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
