Mrs. Williams was born June 28, 1944 in Bunker Hill to Robert and Eudora Franklin Melton. She was a preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Phyllis Williams and her father and mother- in-law Hassie and Katherine Williams.
Visitation will be Sunday April 5, 2015 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday April 6, 2015 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Wright Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband Charles Williams f Frankewing and one brother Kenny Melton also f Frankewing.
Carr & Erwin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
