Thomas was born in Giles County, Tennessee on March 16, 1943 to Oben and Ethel Massey Green. He worked in Tool and Die at GM where he retired after 32 years of service. Thomas enjoyed bird hunting, but more importantly he was a devoted husband and loving father. He is preceded in death by his parents, and grandchildren Tonya Smith and William Smith Jr.
Visitation will be 12-2pm Saturday August 10, 2024 at Carr & Erwin Funeral with Memorial Service to follow at 2pm.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Kathy Green of Goodspring; son Steve Green (Dawn) of Pulaski; daughters Jackie Cavins of Hazel Green, AL, Patricia Phillips (Bill) of Knoxville, and Donna Green of Goodspring; sister Dorothy Mize (Johnny) of Pulaski; grandchildren Douglas, Scotty, Skyler, Samantha, Chris, Amanda, Timothy, Randall, Will, and Matt; as well as 16 great grandchildren.
