He was born in Giles County , TN on 10-02-1933, retired from Jack’s Cookie Company, Retired from the US Army and served during Vietnam War, he was preceded in death by his parents, James Henry and Mary Lee Gunter Britton preceded in death by son Jimmy Britton and brothers, Richard, Fuzzy and Rufus Britton.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 4-6-2011, at 1:00PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial in Pisgah Cemetery.
