He was born in Long Beach, California on January 5, 1964. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond Chris Holt and Randy Michael Holt.
Survivors are: father, Gale Holt of Pulaski, mother, Gale Miller of Pulaski, 2 brothers, Sean Holt of Murfreesboro and Adam Holt of Pulaski, 2sisters, Wendy Kraft of Pulaski and Noella Peterson of Spring Hill, TN, cousins, Angela Garrett and Charleigh Barrett both of Lewisburg, TN.
