She is survived by her sons, Dennis Slam and Walter Slam; and her sister, Lillian.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Slam; and her sister, Dott.
She will be remembered as a mother, provider and a great friend always helping others without asking for anything in return.
The family will receive friends September 1, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Kays, Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, Punta Gorda Chapel, 635 Marion Ave, Punta Gorda, FL. 33950, the funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. The committal will be held at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens.
