Lois "Ann" Klein, age 72 of Punta Gorda, FL passed away January 16, 2021. She was born on January 17, 1948 to Annie Sadler and Benjamin Griffin in Richmond, VA. She graduated from George Wythe High School in Richmond, VA in 1966. Ann worked and retired as a Civilian Program Analyst for the Night Vision Division of the Army. Ann loved to play Mahjong and Dominoes. She was also a fantastic cook and enjoyed BINGO and the slots. Ann collected various albums of Rock N Roll and Blues music. Ann was preceded in death by her parents; and her loving husband, Paul Klein. She is survived by her only son, Jason Klein. Visitation for Ann will take place Friday, January 22, 2021 from 3-4 pm, with a service to begin at 4 pm at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home; 635 E. Marion Ave., Punta Gorda, FL 33950. Interment will take place at Sarasota National Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Paul.
