

Martha Jane Litson (Clark), 63, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 11, 2022. Martha was born in Kingman, KS to Owen Eugene and Jennie Iva (Faulds) Clark on November 21, 1958.
Martha graduated from Kingman Rural High School in 1976. She received her Associated Art Degree in 1987 from Butler Community College where she then went on to continue Accounting and Business Administration at Wichita State University. She then graduated in 1988.
Martha moved to Michigan in 1996 and then relocated to Charlotte County Florida in 2001. She worked for Edward Jones from 2001-2011 before becoming an instrumental part of the Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce until 2015 where she decided to re-enter the financial world. Martha worked at C1 Bank and most recently Charlotte State Bank.
Martha is survived by her only daughter, Marla Jane (Robert) Kosinski; granddaughter, Callie Jane; brothers, Larry (Vicki) Clark, Jim (Lylia) Clark, and Duane (Lisa) Clark; and nieces and nephews.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents; Owen and Jennie; brother, Chuck (Cheryl) Clark; and sister, Merlyn (John).
A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, April 1, 2022 at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in Port Charlotte, FL at 11am. Another Celebration of Life will be held in Kansas at a later date to be announced.
