Christopher W. Maillard (Chris Maillard), a longtime Puyallup resident, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Friday evening, July 24, 2015 at 82 years of age. He is survived by his loving wife Kathryn Maillard; daughters, Audra Mys, Krista Shortreed; sons, Mike and Mark Maillard and their respective families. Chris had numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Richard. Chris was born in Staten Island New York, October 13, 1932. He joined the military at the age of 18 to serve his country and was stationed at Elmendorf AFB Alaska, moved on to Dover AFB in Delaware and finished his 41 year military career at Mc Chord AFB Tacoma Washington. There will be a Celebration of his life on Friday, July 31, 2015, 1 pm at Power's Funeral Home in Puyallup with a reception to follow. He will be missed by many.
