

Edwin "Don" Pritchard, 82, passed away on Nov. 19, 2013 in Kent, WA. Don was born in Pueblo, Colorado to Thomas and Etta(Kerley) Pritchard on September 17, 1931. He was the youngest of five children, with one sister and three brothers. Don loved family and tinkering of all kind, a McGyver of his own rights.He married Verna Jean Baker on November 15, 1950, in Pueblo, while serving in the United States Navy. He fought in the Korean War. They resided in Pueblo until moving to Sumner, WA in 1966 where he was employed at Boeing AeroSpace, as a NC mechanic , which he retired from in 1995. In 2001 they moved their residence to Wickenburg, AZ where Don resided until 2009, when he moved back to Washington where he lived until his death. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Verna; sister Beryl D Madrill(Bob), brothers Jay T., Gordon A.(Mary), Fred T(Yaeko), and both parents. Also numerous niece and nephews. He is survived by three children Ronald C.(Maggie)of Friday Harbor, WA , S. LeeAnn Zimmerman of Kent, Wa and Cheri L. Pritchard of Albany, OR; eight grandchildren Chad Pritchard Puyallup, WA, Jason Crawford(Cherish) Kent, WA, Sara Stewart(Mike) Bonney Lake, WA, Brittany Crawford(Drew) Tacoma, WA, Amanda Pritchard Albany, OR, Emily Lunde Kent,WA, Lindsey Pritchard Tacoma, WA, and Jacob Crook(Mandie) Albany, OR: along with nine great-granchildren, Anthony, Haley, Starla,Kota, Lucas, Loryn, Ryder, Xander and Blake.
