I am so sorry to hear that Kari passed away. She was a very nice person. I am sorry to say that i did not know until now that she passed away. I knew her from Starbucks. She had given me her emai address about a year ago. I unfortunatley misplaced it and I havent seen her in awhile so I looked her up online and found out. She ws a good Mom and she told me on more than one occassion how much she loved Brianna. You will always be in my prayers.

Paul and I are so sorry to hear of your loss of Kari. It has been a long struggle for all of you and we've prayed for her healing and now pray for your healing. Words are so hard to find, but I was flipping thru the new hymnal and just wanted to share with you a few words from a hymn......  When we seek relief From a long-felt grief, Jesus, lead Thou on,   Heavenly leader, still direct us, Still support, console, protect us. That is our prayer for you two.

Dear Rupert Family:  My heart goes out to you! I remember you all so fondly and recall sharing many grade school classrooms with Kari. She was always smart, sweet, and kind to everyone. I cannot adequately express my sorrow in learning of Kari's passing.  My hope now is that you'll find comfort in your faith and know that one day Kari will welcome you home to be with her and our Lord in Heaven.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Ruth, Tom, Brianna, Lyn, Greg & Kevin as well as others close to Kari.  May God's peace give you comfort at this time, and the memory of Kari's life give you smiles. She was a beautiful matron of honor at Lyn and Greg's wedding.  We especially saw evidences of her creativity in her scrapbooks and genealogy, which will remain forever. My deepest sympathies to the Rupert and Kelley families.  Kari was a dear friend through my years at Valpo and afterward.  I will cherish my memories of long bike rides through Indiana and Michigan with Kari as well as our fun times together as Kappa sisters.  May your memories sustain you in this difficult time.

My support and love goes out to Kari's family and the Ruppert's at this time of loss.  My brother and I each went to school with Kari and Lynn at Concordia and my heart is heavy with this news.  Kari is at peace now, and I am sure she will be watching over her family.  You will remain in our thoughts.

My deepest condolences to Kari's family, and extended family members.  Kari's zest for life was a quality we will always remember!

I didn't know Kari personally, but her dad was one of my favorite teachers at Concordia between 1968-1971.   I was saddened to read of Kari's passing.   My heart goes out to the family; please know that you are all in my prayers during this tough time.
