Kind, Loving, Generous, Giving, Joyful, Calm, Content, Dedicated to her family and friends--Ruth will always be one of the most amazing people I have ever known.  Ruth was our babysitter when we were very small then a she and EB, Robin, Terry & Lee became wonderful neighbors as we grew up and left home.  Ruth was always a rock for our Mother and was always dear to us.  She is now singing, making her amazing waffles and sharing love and joy with her Heavenly Father. 

EB, our prayers are with you and you family, know that your dear wife is now your guardian angel--you are so blessed to have shared your life with Ruthie and she was blessed to have you in her life!

As a child growing up in Edgewood I was so fortunate that my family was friends with the Roland family.  Ruth was always busy and bustling with various projects and their home was always fun to visit.  I remember loving to listen in as my mom and Ruth talked and talked! My Dad and EB were in the fire department together and  when we moved to Chehalis, EB spent lots of time redoing the kitchen for us.  Ruth was always the center of the household and moved everything forward.
She was a very selfless person when it came to caring for others - we will all be better people for having known Ruth and her dear family.

There is no doubt that Ruth is with our Lord in Heaven.
God Bless family and friends as they walk through this time without Ruth and bring them peace in their hearts.

Ruth wasour families babysitter when we were very young.  Later she and EB purchased anew home accross the sgtreet from our house.So were neighbors until I graduated from high school. Ruth was mom's dear friend.  She and EB were always ready to help anone who needed assistance of any kind.  She loved the simple things in life like gardening and canning. A VERY special person!

Ruth was like an additional mom to me during my early 20's.  Teri and I were always hanging out and she tried to keep us on the straight and narrow, she pretty much succeeded.  She was such a loving, giving person and she will be sorely missed but I truly believe she is with Jesus and that gives me peace.

Ruth,EBand kids are like my own family , we've lived together and shared many happy and sad moments. Ruth was the dearest, sweetest,giving person I have known.One of Christs finest examples, we will miss her , but know she is in a better place with her Lord, we will be togather again. God grant peace to all the family and friends of Ruth.

At age 10, EB and Sam showed me how to eat eggs with tobasco after Ruth and Irene had poached them. Mary Ellen was there to witness the event. I still use tobasco to this day - God bless you Ruth and Family.
