Carol A. Hardy

Carol A. Hardy, a long-time resident of Bellerose, passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 87. Born on May 15, 1938, Carol was a cherished member of her community in Great Neck Plaza, New York.

Carol dedicated many years of her professional life to working as a dental assistant before transitioning to a career as a real estate agent in Bellerose. In her leisure time, Carol enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and reading the newspaper, simple pleasures that brought her joy. She was known for her love of family and friends, and she was always ready for a conversation. Her ever-present smile was a testament to her warm and welcoming nature.

Carol was a loving mother to Kathleen J. Hardy, Nicholas J. Hardy (Juliet) and Patricia Brandt (Peter); loving grandmother to Teresa, Christina, Elizabeth, Veronica, Peter Jr, Catherine, Nicholas and Daniel; loving great grandmother to George, Violet, Ryder, Lily, Johnny, Jaxon, Declan, Nolan, Elle, Delaney and Lucy.

She will be remembered fondly for her kindness and the joy she brought to those around her.

Visitation will be held at R. Stutzmann & Son, 224-39 Jamaica Ave, Queens Village, NY 11428, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The Funeral Mass is scheduled at St. Gregory the Great Church, 242-20 88th Ave, Bellerose, NY 11426, on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 10:45 am. The interment will follow at St. Charles / Resurrection Cemeteries, 2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735.
