Mr. Sun Tak Chan passed away on February 7, 2015 at the Quincy Medical Center. Born in Xin Hui, China. He is survived by his beloved wife Oi Yung Chan-Lee. Also survived by his loving children Kin Ching Chan and her husband Wai Kwok Yen, Carmen Chan and her husband Wai Tai, Wai Sze Chan and her husband Chi Kin Tse and Lik Sang Chan. He is also survived by his devoted grandchildren Wing Yin Yen, Chak Yin Yen, Zoe Tai, Ashley Tai, Kwan Ming Ernest Tse and Kwan Yui Evan Tse.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 17th from 3 to 7 pm and on Wednesday February 18th from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Deware Funeral Home 576 Hancock St. Wollaston, MA The Funeral procession will leave on Wednesday February 18th at 11:00 a.m. for burial in Blue Hill Cemetery Braintree.
