Dateline: Raeford Brenda Carol Darby, 55, of Raeford died Monday, June 16, 2015 at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst, NC. Brenda was born August 30, 1959 in Fayetteville, NC. She was a past member of Taylor Memorial Baptist Church. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents Harrison Jack Holt and Lillie Alma Holt, and her brothers, Timothy and Jack Holt. She was a past member of Taylor Memorial Baptist Church. Brenda is survived by three daughters, Brenda Michelle Shepard of Red Springs; Tiffany Darby of Raeford; Crystal Renee Darby of Raeford, ten grandchildren, Brittany Renee Ayers, Chris Shepard, Jasmine Leigh Ayers, Clifton Lee Melvin III, James Christian, Alex Ayers, Katie Ann, Justin Hobgood, Jr., Julian Serrano Cuevas, Jr., Lexie Anabella Serrano, two great grandchildren Adriana Alexandra Ramirez, Raul Mikell. Visitation will be held 7-9pm June 17,2015 at Crumpler Funeral Home 131 Harris Ave. Raeford,NC. A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Raeford Cemetery.
