Mr. Charles "Chuck" Bill Ragan II of 2586 Adkins Hill Drive, died Monday, January 31, 2011 in his home at the age of 35. Chuck was born in Cumberland County on August 30, 1975. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. He was also a loyal fan of NASCAR driver Dale Earnhart Jr., the Atlanta Braves, and the Dallas Cowboys. Survivors include his parents, Charles B. Ragan and Brenda Lee Ragan; a sister Tonya Ragan Tew and her husband Marty Tew of Fayetteville; a niece Jordan Tew of Fayetteville; a nephew, Cody Tew of Fayetteville; and a Paternal Grandmother, Lettie Adkins Ragan of Fayetteville. A Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00pm, Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at Crumpler Funeral Home in Raeford. Funeral Services will be held 11:00am Thursday, February 3, 2011 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 3529 Dundle Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28306 with Reverend Dwight Jackson officiating. Entombment will be at Cumberland Memorial Gardens, 4509 Raeford Road Fayetteville, NC 28304
